UniFilter  - development, and production of filter elements

The production base of the enterprise was formed in 1991. The main activity is the development and production of filter elements made of polymeric material of a fiber structure, of various configurations and purposes.

These products are made of polypropylene or other thermoplastic polymers in accordance with TUU 29.2-30043766-001-2004 (formerly TU 550. M.T. higher.

The filter elements are approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for use in drinking water supply systems and the food industry, in addition, they are quite resistant to acids, alkalis, and oil products.

The company has the technical capabilities for the production of filter elements with the following overall dimensions:

Cartridge filter elements.

• outer diameter from 50 to 800 mm;
• height up to 5000 mm;

Sheet filter material.

maximum:

• length - 2000mm;
• width - 2000 mm;
• thickness - 10mm.

Our products have found their application in various sectors of the national economy of Ukraine and neighboring countries.

In addition to filter elements, our company also produces polyethylene and polypropylene pipes:

• Polyethylene pipes (PE pipes) with a diameter of 25 to 125 mm
• Polypropylene pipes (PP pipes) with a diameter of 90, 110 and 125 mm

Our company also manufactures the following types of products:

• Drainage elements, frameless
• Polymeric tray for draining excess watering in greenhouse complexes
• It is possible to manufacture other types of molded products from polymers
• Filter elements for air cleaners of internal combustion engines (paper, corrugated)

The company has equipment for polymer injection molding, metalworking equipment, as well as its own vehicles.

We are constantly working on expanding the range of products and developing new areas of activity.

Currently, work is underway to master the production of membrane gas-separating elements of a hollow fiber type, polymeric aerators, and feed material for bioreactors.
